Going Further

The particular browser that you are using will often have help available on-line. Look under menu items like "Help" or "Window". For example, Netscape maintains a technical support page that provides links to documentation and help files on different versions of their browsers, an extensive online handbook, and other sources of information that can be accessed under the "Help" browser menu. Microsoft likewise provides online technical support for their products. There is also a trend in the most modern browsers to put "balloon help", where holding the mouse cursor over a button will pop up a balloon telling what the button does.

There may also be organized User's Groups associated with your browser that these help files will point to if needed. For example, here are links to Netscape User's Groups ("NUGies").
