More than 20 years ago, a group of volunteers came together to develop a method for increasing the number of community leaders within LaPorte County and in doing so, help improve the quality of life on the whole. Cultivating leaders – it’s what Leadership LaPorte County is all about. Leadership LaPorte County takes individuals with leadership drive, motivation and commitment, and gives them the skills, knowledge and networks they need to play an active role in our communities. Leadership LaPorte County Programs focus on: Leadership also provides services and workshops aimed at helping area businesses and nonprofit organizations increase leadership, management, and creative skills within their organizations. Leadership LaPorte County is a member of the National Association for Community Leadership and the Indiana Leadership Association. |
