Step Aerobics

Take a step towards complete fitness with this great workout using an adjustable bench. Focus is on
lower body conditioning with upper body movements.

Add weights, bands, or exercise balls to the mix for a total body work-out.

Simply Irresist- a - Ball

Using some yoga moves, Pilates, weights with resistance balls, as well as stretching. Emphasis
is on core strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

You & Me Baby I

An exercise program for pregnant women . The floor exercise class is for women in their 1st and 2nd trimesters. The pool exercise class is for women in their 3rd trimester. Through these classes, participants should be able to safely maintain or improve fitness and endurance, which will help them prepare for easier childbirth and a quicker recovery.

7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Post-partum (pool)

You & Me Baby II

After the baby is born, a mother is addressing the demands of nursing, cradling, and caring for a growing baby. Participating in this class will help you to stretch, relax and strengthen your body as you hold your baby, have your baby next to you, or sleeping peacefully at your side. Take advantage of the special time in your child’s early life by exercising with your child.

Limited to moms and babies up to six months old.

Time: 6:15 - 7:15 (with baby)

YOGA

Taught by Marge LaMothe. Classes incorporate breathing, relaxation, and simple body movements. Discover the potential for bringing balance to your life.
